The Casino Admiral in Mendrisio celebrates its first 20 years of history!
To celebrate this important event, the Management of the Casino Mendrisio and ACE Swiss Holding SA, owner of the casino, have organised a whole week of extraordinary activities dedicated not only to players but also to institutional and commercial partners and all employees.
The week of celebrations, defined as “The Twenties of Mendrisio“, will open on Monday 3 October at 10.00 a.m. with a press conference, also broadcast in Live Streaming, in which the programme of all the Casino’s anniversary events will be presented. From Monday 3 October, guests of the Casino will be welcomed by a commemorative maxi-inflatable placed right in front of the main entrance. At the same time, in the covered forecourt of the Fox Town shopping centre, whose buildings have been home to the casino for 20 years, a special wheel will be inaugurated in a dedicated stand that will remain open until and including Sunday 9 October. Visitors to Fox Town can have fun with this maxi-wheel, assisted by the casino’s hostesses, and win special prizes to be collected inside the casino during this week of celebrations.
The “Twenties of Mendrisio” activities will continue on Friday 7 October with a €20,000 guaranteed “one day” Poker tournament, which will take place in the new area dedicated to one of the latest Admiral projects inaugurated in 2022, the Admiral Poker Room.
The evening of Saturday 8 October will be dedicated to an aperitif offered to all guests of the Casino, during which it will be possible to step back in time through the photo exhibition of historical images of the casino.
Sunday 9 October is the actual day of the anniversary of the founding of the Casino Admiral, and the first to ‘celebrate’ will be the casino employees, who will be invited to a ‘special breakfast’ before opening hours. The “birthday” day will continue in the afternoon with the first Punto Banco tournament, also with a guaranteed 20,000 euro prize and will end with a gala dinner dedicated to the authorities, the most important partners and the top management of the Mendrisio Casino and Ace Swiss Holding.
