As part of CAM’s activity and for the purposes specified above, the User’s personal data may be shared with:

  • Public Administration, Judicial Authorities, Federal Commission as well as those subjects to whom communication is obligatory by law for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as autonomous Data Controllers.

All personal data are stored in electronic form on servers located in Switzerland.
