Role:

The resource will be included in the Facility team and will hold a dynamic position involving routine maintenance work and administrative tasks in support of the Facility Manager.

  • Good experience with HVAC systems or similar background
  • Good knowledge of CAD basics
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings
  • Good use of PC
  • Reliability and responsibility
  • Willingness to work shifts and on picket duty
  • Experience in building permit applications

Slot attendant 80% - 100%

Role:

The resource, in close contact with the Room Shift Managers, is in charge of Customer Service, slot machine assistance and cash management. Specifically, you will be assigned the following tasks:

  • Welcoming and registering customers
  • Manage the game at the semi-automatic tables
  • Handling cash transactions quickly and accurately
  • Be able to intervene in the event of a slot machine breakdown

 

Required profile:

  • experience as hostess or receptionist, cashier (previous experience in casinos welcome)
  • good mathematical skills
  • mother tongue Italian, knowledge of English and/or German welcome
  • positive and helpful attitude towards customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately
  • spirit of initiative, good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

Legal & Compliance Manager 100%

Role:

The resource, in close contact with the Board of Directors and the management team, will have to ensure compliance with all legal regulations applicable to casinos, as well as other regulations applicable to the company. You will support the CEOs in the management of the casino, in particular with regard to legal and compliance aspects.

Specifically, she will be assigned the following tasks:

Legal & Compliance:

  • Coordination and management of relations and correspondence with cantonal and federal authorities (in particular the Federal Gaming Board) regarding the application and compliance with all legal regulations that apply to casinos
  • Proactively managing all legal files relating to the company
  • Managing and conducting all compliance activities required by the SFGB and other relevant authorities
  • Participating in the process of defining the company’s objectives, responsibility for operational activities, development and financial results
  • In agreement with the CEOs, participation in national events (Swiss Casino Federation assemblies, meetings organised by the SFGB, etc.).
  • Checking the annual reports to be submitted to the SFGB.

QMS:

  • Establish and manage the quality policy
  • Conducting annual Internal Audits in preparation for the External Audit
  • Preparing the Management Review for the External Audit
  • Ensuring that the quality policy is appropriate to the organisation’s purpose and properly implemented
  • Providing a structural framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives
  • Ensuring that the planning and management of the quality system has the necessary requirements to meet ISO standards, if applicable, and to achieve the quality objectives.
 

SCI:

  • Carry out continuous and comprehensive monitoring of the ICS application within the company
  • Checking the completeness and correctness of the ICS forms drawn up by the various sectors
  • Informing the management in good time if irregularities are detected and proposing appropriate corrective measures
 

Risk Management:

  • Carry out risk assessment analyses
  • Proceed with risk treatment and/or prevention
  • Prepare reporting for Management and the Board of Directors
  • Monitor, update and constantly propose improvements for the risk matrix and mitigation of risks
 

Required profile:

  • University degree (preferably in Law)
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the role
  • Knowledge of English and German
  • Strong management skills, sense of responsibility and reliability

Assistant cook 100%
