3 Opening the player account
3.1 You will only be granted access to the games on the gaming platform after opening a player account. The account will be opened following registration. Only one player account will be opened per player for use of the games on the gaming platform.

3.6 admiral.ch may refuse to open a player account without giving reasons.

3.8 The player account is intended solely for participation in the games. Use for purposes other than private entertainment, particularly for profit or other commercial purposes, parking of funds or transfer to third parties is prohibited.
3.9 If you have lost your login details, please contact customer support at admiral.ch (support@admiral.ch).

4.1 Your player account is funded by your deposits, your winnings and any free play credits granted by admiral.ch. Your stakes when using the games on the gaming platform are debited from your player account.
4.2 The available payment methods for deposits and withdrawals as well as their conditions are published on the gaming platform. admiral.ch assumes no liability for transmission errors or technical problems with the payment methods. The terms and conditions of the provider of the respective payment method apply to the use of the payment methods.
4.3 You may only deposit money into your player account for which you are the beneficial owner. It is prohibited to transfer money to your player account that you know or have reason to believe stems from illegal or criminal activities. The same applies to means of payment which you are not authorised to use.
4.4 admiral.ch is free to request from you all information and evidence regarding the origin of your financial resources that it deems necessary in order to be able to fulfil its regulatory and legal obligations at any time.
4.5 Gaming credits are held in Swiss francs. The minimum amount for deposits and withdrawals of gaming credits is CHF 10. If the total balance is lower, the minimum withdrawal amount corresponds to the respective balance.
4.6 Credit balances on your customer account do not earn interest. admiral.ch does not grant loans or allow players to overdraw their accounts. A player account cannot, therefore, be negatively debited or overdrawn by the player at any time.
4.7 You have the right to request the transfer of your active balance from your player account to a personal payment account at any time. This does not apply to the free play credits granted by admiral.ch. admiral.ch is entitled to request identification documents or other information for each withdrawal process.
4.8 For as long as the player account is only provisionally opened, withdrawals are limited to the sum of all deposits. If the player account has to be closed because a player does not meet (or no longer meets) the requirements under Section 3.2 or cannot be identified, any winnings in excess of this amount will go to the AHV compensation fund.
4.9 admiral.ch will only pay out the balance on your player account to a payment account with the same name as the player account. The balance is usually paid out within five working days. admiral.ch is entitled to invoice you for all costs and endeavours associated with the payouts and to deduct the corresponding amounts from the balance in advance. You will be responsible for the bank charges and reasonable compensation for any work carried out by admiral.ch.
4.10 If your payment account details are no longer valid and admiral.ch is unable to contact you with a reasonable expenditure of effort in relation to the amount in question, admiral.ch will retain the balance on the closed player account for two years. After two years, admiral.ch will transfer the balance to the AHV compensation fund.
4.11 admiral.ch does not issue any prize confirmations.
4.12 You are solely responsible for any taxation of your winnings and compliance with other financial and legal requirements. For winnings over CHF 1,070,400 (tax exemption limit as of 2025), admiral.ch is obliged to retain the withholding tax and pay it to the Federal Tax Administration.
4.13 If admiral.ch has mistakenly credited an incorrect amount to your player account, you are obliged to inform admiral.ch immediately and refund the incorrect credit.
5 Stopping gaming and suspension
5.1 You have the option to take a temporary break from playing at any time, i.e. for a self-determined period of at least 24 hours up to a maximum of six months. After the specified period has elapsed, the temporary break from playing is automatically cancelled. Restarting early is only possible upon request to admiral.ch and will entail evaluation by the Social Concept Officer for the online casino ADMIRAL.
5.2 You can also apply for a voluntary gaming suspension at any time. If the reasons for the suspension no longer apply, it can be lifted after three months at the earliest.
5.3 admiral.ch may impose a gaming suspension on its own initiative and against your wishes. There is a legal obligation to do so,
- if admiral.ch knows or assumes, based on its own observations or reports from third parties, that you are over-indebted, are not meeting your financial obligations or are placing bets disproportionate to your income and assets.To comply with these obligations, admiral.ch reserves the right to request information about the person and his professional and financial environment at any time and to obtain appropriate evidence
- if admiral.ch knows or assumes, based on a report from a specialist agency or social security office, that you are addicted to gambling.
In the following cases, admiral.ch can issue a gaming exclusion:
- if there is reasonable suspicion that you are abusing the gaming platform, attempting to influence the normal run of play, such as by using bots or other malware, or otherwise exploiting a bug in the game; or
- if admiral.ch cannot verify your identity or financial background, or cannot identify the beneficial owner ,or there are doubts about the information you have provided, or there is a suspicion that the information you have provided is false.
5.4 admiral.ch will inform the law enforcement authorities if necessary, especially in the case of intentional provision of false information, and/or report it to the Money Laundering Reporting Office.
5.5 admiral.ch also reserves the right to ban players from playing in the event of a breach of these GTC.
5.6 The deletion of the player account remains an option in accordance with Section 8.2.
5.7 In the case of a self-exclusion, admiral.ch will notify you of the exclusion in writing and provide an explanation. The self-exclusion applies to all land-based casinos and all online gambling providers (online casinos, lotteries, sports betting and poker) in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
5.8 admiral.ch keeps a register of all its banned players. The register contains the name and first name of the banned player, date of birth, nationality, type, reason and date of the ban imposed. admiral.ch shares the contents of the relevant register with the other casinos and organisers of large-scale games, which in turn grant admiral.ch access to the registers they keep.
5.9 A gaming ban will be lifted at your request if the reason for the ban no longer exists. A specialist or specialist agency recognised by the canton will be involved in this process. By submitting your written request to lift the gaming ban, you agree that this specialist or specialist agency will be granted access to the data concerning you that is necessary to verify the lifting of the gaming ban. A voluntary gaming ban can be lifted at the earliest three months after the start of the ban.
6 Further measures to protect against excessive gaming
6.1 You can view information about your gaming behaviour, namely your stakes, your winnings and the net result of your gaming activity, in your player account at any time. There, you will also find a self-test to assess your own gaming behaviour, instructions for applying for a voluntary gaming ban, the contact details of the Social Protection Officer at the online casino Admiral and information on external gaming addiction counselling centres.
6.2 You must set one or more maximum values to which you wish to limit your daily, weekly and monthly losses. You are free to adjust the maximum value(s) you have set yourself at any time. A reduction in the maximum amount takes effect immediately, an increase after 24 hours at the earliest.

7.1 You can request the closure of your player account at any time, either by sending a written notification to Casino Admiral, In der Luberzen 25, 8902 Urdorf, or by email to support@admiral.ch. admiral.ch will verify your identity and, if the identity of the applicant matches that of the player account holder, will close the player account.

- if the requirements under Section 3.2 are not (or no longer) met;
- if a player account has remained inactive for more than two years;
- if there is reasonable suspicion that you are abusing the gaming platform, attempting to influence the normal run of play, such as by using bots or other malware, or otherwise exploiting a bug in the game;
- if there is reasonable suspicion that you are involved in money laundering, the financing of terrorism or similar or that the funds deposited are of criminal origin or stem from a criminal organisation.
7.3 A violation of these GTCs may result in the deletion of the player’s account instead of a gaming ban.
7.4 admiral.ch will inform you in advance about the closure of your player account and will point out the consequences. If your player account is closed, you can request reactivation. You are prohibited from registering or using another account under a different identity on the gaming platform.
